- Fluency — naming the equation after a described translation of y = f(x), chosen from f(x) + a, f(x + a) and their sign variants (4 questions).
- Image points — the new coordinates of a marked point after a stated translation or reflection, typed exactly (4 questions).
- Direction catch — f(x + a) against f(x) + a on near-identical prompts, where the horizontal shift runs against the sign (4 questions).
