- Fluency — hypotenuses and shorter sides from Pythagorean triples like 3-4-5, 5-12-13 and 8-15-17, scaled copies included (4 questions).
- Application — distances between coordinate points and diagonals of rectangles, each engineered to land on a triple (4 questions).
- Catch — a converse decision from three given sides, adding when the hypotenuse is known, and a cuboid diagonal such as 3 by 4 by 12 giving exactly 13 (4 questions).
