Demystifying - Tangents to a circle

Author note — to cover (Higher)

Higher only (G10): a tangent meets the radius at 90 degrees at the point of contact, and the two tangents from an external point are equal, giving isosceles triangles and kite figures; combine with Pythagoras for lengths. The alternate segment theorem gets its own page. (G10)
