State the modal class of grouped data as the interval with the highest frequency, written in correct inequality notation, for equal-width classes. Stress the answer is a class, not a value. Unequal widths where density decides the true modal class are Higher territory, flagged here but taught on the histogram pages. Both tiers. (S4)
